i f**king hate every little piece of dirt about it.
making 7.93$ + tips, in a good pay period, i can pull in $500-800

busiest car wash, by volume, in washington.

i still hate my job and plan to blow it up

Pay is 4.20 + tip ($10-25 a night) it sucks and im trying to find a new job.

isnt minimum wage $5.15? here in WA, tips can in no way compensate for part of your hourly wage...

Sure they can. If you work for tips only, they dont really have to pay you minimum wage. Just as long as by the end of the work shift, you make more than minimum wage.

nope, read the minimum wage requirements for WA state. it specifically states that tips cannot compensate for your minimum wage.

Oh, well its different here in New York then. Here in NY, tips can compensate for minimum wage. As long as you break the minimum wage after the work shift in tips, its O.K. If you dont break minimum wage with tips, they pay you minimum wage.

Pretty much any state you can pay under minimum for restaurant help as long as you are giving tips.... Take it from me, I was a manager of a restaurant for a year

i work for a sign shop and i make & design signs all day. a lot of times im on cc at work. i also do vinyl. hence the decals i have made and sold to some of you cc members

I am the head Graphic Designer / ADA Manager / Computer Technician. I have senority over the other two other employees. lol

I work night shipping/recieving for a meat company (not a slaughter house). I make $11 an hour and i only work mon-thurs.

meh since no one has yet. i'll say i make 21 an hour.. but it doesn't account for the annual bonus received every Feb28th.. i dont think i make more than the commissioned people here.. but it pays bills... cant wait till this year's incentive.

Ricc dogg you getting paid my man, i work a night crew at grocery store, been there since ja of 2--4 and i went from $8.20 to $15.60/hr in 3 years exactly not bad since im only 21, and im a full time college student with only 7 classes left until i graduate, and i got kicked out of my house at 18 years old and now i got g's in the bank, my car is paid for and i got my own apt and its fully furnished with nice s**t

I posted what I did a page or 2 back...but....
Consultant.. for sales ops....
& i'm actually the least paid one on the team right now.

lol.. not exactly....but kinda....

It was more hard work and networking... Once you've got a foot in.. it's not so much what you know but who...
But in retrospect...
The other three members of the team all have Bachelors ... they were accepted 1st try.. it took 2 for me...and they are paid more... I'm doing ok... but that 4 year piece of paper would have given me more.
