for your story i think its messed up. Your lost, you ask for his help. he tells you what u want and u creep off and he comes after u and pulls u over. thats BS
but for those that ARE at fault. its your fault stop crying over it.
as for my experience ive got'n away from 4 tickets.
1: going 60 in a 30 zone told him i worked a in n out and was pulled over in the lot of work (got away)
2: going 50 in a 30 zone (same area as first and pulled over same area ) got a way
3: Passed up a cop in the carpool lane ( LOL ) and then realized that i did and went in front of him told him i was heading to work , told him where i worked and it was only about 1.5 away ( got away)
4: going 95 on hw ( needed to drop a duce ) told cop why and he actually escorted me to my house and he actually left the car keys in front of my house cause when i got to my drive way i just rocketed out(car still running) of the car and went to take a s**t.
I like san jose cops. pretty chiill and reasonable.

Hey, jerkwad, he was doing his job. Oh wait, that's right, he wasn't doing his job because pulling people over for loud exhausts isn't part of the law, what was I thinking?!!!

I got pulled over by the State police sat morning and YES i was GUILTY i was doing 85 on a 65 i was keeping up with traffic on a mayor hwy i was travelling south and the Trooper was on the other side of the hwy traveling N i saw him turn around and i knew i was getting pulled over so before he even turned his lights on i was already on the side of the road. i was like "Good Monrning Trooper" he was like you know how fast you were going? i said to be honest i wasnt paying attention to the speedometer im sorry sir.he asked for my lisence and registration and i gave it to him then he said whats that in your wallet? i said thats my former police ID im a penssion police officer, for the record i DIDNT flashed it. so he said ok ill be back about 10 min later he came back and said im giving you a warning ticket be careful how you drop the hammer on this bad boy and have a good day. i was like WOW and i went about my business. IMO it all about how you present your self treat the officer and also if the Officer is an ass you better believe it, it doesnt matter how you treat him you WILL get a ticket.

actually, i live in Spartanburg, South Carolina... and the cops do s**t here... they actually do their job and i wouldnt really say they were dickheads... ive been pulled twice for speeding, both my faults and got one ticket for 88 in a 70.... the other time was 70 in a 40 and he gave me a verbal warning... so i was pretty relieved....
the only time they got kinda gay was when the started pulling people over left and right on I-85 for the big drug bust... they just pulled you over randomly and searched your car... didn't give a s**t if you were to work late or not...
I remember this, it sucked cause they kept saying it was a top secret, and would not say why they were pulling over so many people...
Isn't it actually legal for cops to use their cellphones? I think it was BeelzeBubba that told me that. They can be, regular citizens can't.

Harley's ARE loud out of the factory. Yes, VERY loud. My friends dad spent 18 grand to get one and the day he brought it home, I was there. That thing was f**king ear deafening.
Yes, there are exhaust laws regarding a certain decibel that your exhaust cannot exceed. Cars don't come out of the factory with high performance, cat-less, straight through exhaust systems. Get over yourself and quit crying like a cry baby.

When someones pointing a gun at your head and you called the cops, let's see who bitches when they show up and save your life. Wait I forgot... .Let it go! Are you getting paid to make personal calls on your cell phone? No, so why are we arguing about it. Just because you do it doesn't mean it's perfectly okay. Especially when your a police officer. We are all guilty of breaking the rules every now and then, I was just making a point, but whatever.

i got pulled over a while ago for this because there was an oncoming car (2lane road) so i slowed from 55 to 30 and i was apparently suppose to hit that car to make him feel safer. i was searched for drugs and stuff and taken to the back of the car. and while we were talkin to at the back of the car a car goes flyin by and it could of very well pulled into the other lane and i was like you gonna go get that guy and he was like no hes not doing anything wrong. and i was like then why did you pull me over and he didnt say anything. but anyway i didnt get a ticket cause i had 2 other people in the car that saw the oncoming car.
