What are your plans for this new ride? I remember seeing you hatch at the gas station, it didn't look too bad.

the MAIN reason i got rid of it was due to circumstance...i NEED a car, and the hatch needed too much work to be drivable (i.e. - welding, etc.) i dont have the time nor the money at the moment to be worrying about a car AND not being able to drive ;) im sure that wont be my last honda...who knows, i might even end up doing something nice with this nissan :what: ;)
it was structural damage in the front wheel well

aside from the motor, the hatch wasnt exactly a bed of roses.....extensive body blemishes/damage....brakes were going, needed to be replaced....

i knew id be getting something slower, with more miles....

the trade was made mainly out of necessity....i NEEDED a driveable car....this car runs great...blows ice cold a/c...everything on it works...the body is in great shape...new brakes all the way around...just got a tune up, with all the plugs, wires, etc being replaced....

plus i got extra cash which i definatly could use....the guy that sold it to me gets all nissan parts at price, so if i DID ever need anything, or decide to keep it and fix it up, it will be all good

The 180kph JDM speedo can be modded to read 180mph with a resistor and the turn of a dial thingy.

Feel free to ask me any questions that you might have about the 240 as well.

One tip for if you get a new filter or an intake... make sure you use a dry filter element. The K&N on the end on my intake caused me all kinds of f**king driveability issues. Rough idle, uneven powerband, no throttle response, and crappy gas mileage because oil (even just a tiny ass amount) on the MAF wire caused the car to run exccessievly rich. Now that the filter element is dry, I have no problems. That goes just about the same for any maf car but holy damn did my car not like an oiled element. MAP > MAF

:werd:
Go KA-T, you will be much happier... SR20s are good and all, but you can be faster, cheaper, actually more reliable with the KA... ;)

DON'T DO AN RB!!! My brother is a VERY big horror story, for one... Just a pain in the ass to get parts.... TRUST ME... And you can ask Panges too....

Styling wise, are you gonna go 180sx or Sileighty.... I've always dreamed of a DAP Sileighty.... 8)

Anyways, you know you got three 240 buffs here.... Lin, Revolver, and myself... ;)

haha, im gonna be buggin the crap out of you guys with questions though, so just bare with me ;)

89-90 sohc, 91-94 dohc although only convertables were sold in the us in 94. Both engines have the same stout blocks and bottom ends that have regularly seen 400hp no problem. And although I don't remember why, the sohc head has a more durable valavetrain than the dohc.

Why get plain old Tein stuff when Kei-Office can be had?
