Update: Tuning scheduled for this Friday (Feb 5th) at Evan's Tuning.
Appointment is at 11am, I have class therefore my father gets to rip my civic around after its tuned while I learn...ugh, it's going to be a lonnnnng week.

I plan on showing my dad how to record videos on my moms camera so he can take some shots and perhaps a dyno video... we'll see if he's capable of this... technology > parents.

Sick ass build. Its pretty cool that your parents are into the car as much as you(at least your dad is). My dad helps me out but thinks the idea of a fast car is a money pit. lol Believe me, youll laugh about all the problems youve had once the car is at full potential. I remember all the stupid s**t I had to go through and staying in the garage all night trying to get something done and then I would strip the last bolt or something stupid and have to take it all apart. Its all apart of the game. When you finally make it work.. Its super awesome even if your gf doesnt think so. lol

Believe me, I've had PLENTY of problems during this entire build. Lots of fitment issues always came up, along with getting the wrong parts and what not... always a hassle, but you got to just roll with the punches and be patient. My dad really is the reason behind my car obsession; since he's a mechanic I just got into it and enjoy having him there to teach me things. As for girlfriend... she bailed out mid project with lame excuses about her not wanting a bf... so I'm flying solo and will just enjoy the first ride by myself the way it was meant to be... man and his car.
I know!!! My dad's picking up a few sets of new NGK BKR7E plugs today. Also planning on giving it a fresh oil change as well before tuning...holy hell..
