I plan on sleeving my motor for boost. I plan on running 15+ pounds of boost. The motor will be %100 rebuilt to handle the boost. I was wondering what brand of sleeves to get: dartonsleeves.com or aebsracing.com . What brand do you guys think would be better. The motor is a B18B1 94 integra ls motor. I'm thinking about the darton sleeves, but I don't know. Any advice will be appriciated. I just added another brand that was brought up below. golden eagle

Does everyone think Darton sleeves are good? They are the only company that has replied to my email. The hav a MID sleeve kit on sale right now for only $504. Is this a good price? I want a good sleeve company that sells kits I can buy and have installed instead of shipping my block somewhere to get the work done. I'm thinking about darton sleeves.

That's the price for all 4 sleeves and a kit to help put them in. I know golden eagle are good but don't you have to ship them your block to get them sleeved with golden eagle sleeves?

why dont you want an expert to do the sleeving/boring/and honing.. golden eagle is probably the best out there, why on earth would you want some run of the mill machine shop to do it instead?

Yea, I want golden eagle sleeves but I don't have the time to take my block out and strip it to get sleeves put in right now. I could always wait till I get the extra time to get the time to ship the block. The shop that I might have do the sleeving is very reputable. The do A+++ work. I've never heard anything negative about their installs. I don't know, I really want golden eagle but if I choose to get this done now then darton sleeves seem ok.
