How's that "bypass kit" work, just loops the lines together via the reservour??
ill sell you the pump if you want ( i have two) but i need the mount since its the lower trq mount, just let me know via pm
the kit basically works like you said, so that it doesnt ruin the existing seals thus creating problems down the road. definatly worth $65 if you ask me as opposed to swapping a manual rack or just keeping the current one as is

Your car is also an EK. I don't know if that makes a difference to the EG chassis, but my transmission wouldn't clear the frame on the passenger side and the crank pulley wouldn't clear the frame on the driver's side. I just unbolted the mounts and sat it on the floor and then put a chain around the bumper support and raised the car up. Then simply slid it away.

ok heres a sweet hot update.....
my motor, which was dropped off 2 weeks ago, has yet to be touched by the person that was supposed to be doing it. im pissed, now i have to go drive 2 hrs to pick it up and bring back to put it in line at another machine shop. so basically the last 2 weeks were a complete waste of time and i got f**ked. awesome. on top of it i got fired today. woot go me.
my motor, which was dropped off 2 weeks ago, has yet to be touched by the person that was supposed to be doing it. im pissed, now i have to go drive 2 hrs to pick it up and bring back to put it in line at another machine shop. so basically the last 2 weeks were a complete waste of time and i got f**ked. awesome. on top of it i got fired today. woot go me.
