once i get the motor back in the car, its being broke in n/a then im running my nitrous til i finish my turbo kit. i still dont have a job, so i have no income, and obviously things are moving very slow.

im pretty pissed off though, even though i did just pick up my motor. theres a box of s**t and about 100 bolts/nuts/etc. i didnt disassemble the thing, they did ($75), and now i dont know what s**t goes back in/on or how/where it goes. i f**king paid another $375 for "assembly". now, wouldnt you think all this s**t would be included? i sure as hell did. its never f**king ending i swear. now i know that "assembly" means pistons, rods, crank. thats it.

yeah thats pretty crappy. i must say that the block looks nice though,. and yes not having a job would make a turbo build move along pretty slowly. if you get mad enough and decide to sell it let me know, . jokin. but yeah i wasnt about to go read the 100 pages to see whats been going on so i figured i would ask, its easier and faster, haha. good luck wit gettin all that s**t back together and everything.

i did a little painting today, and started on the "final assembly" of the block, should be done tomorrow followed by pics. THEN, gotta put on the clutch, flywheel, trans and head. may remove the IAB's from the intake manifold as well. some odds and ends (intermediate shaft, belts, etc), and hopefully it'll be ready to go back in the car. oh, and i still have to fix the rear driver side brake, it froze up on me from sitting there with the ebrake on...GRRR. but, im still shooting to have it back on the road by sunday.

thanks guys....pretty much on schedule to be done by sunday. tomorrow will be a busy day though. i got some pics of the paint work i did yesterday, figured id wait til tomorrow when the finally block/head assembly is finished. then i hope to put the clutch, flywheel, trans and intake mani on after that, along with the misc things left.

i like how the black looks. its different. some may think its over doing it, but i like everything black, so the intake mani and trans will be black as well. im gonna sand off the paint that is on the engine code part and probably polish it nice.
