StreetStyler SUCKS!

Do not EVER order ANYTHING from www.streetstyler.com. Worst business experience ever. On July 2 I placed an order for a Type R front lip for my Civ... I had been a while so I e-mailed them.. and they responded very quickly.. reassuring me that it would arrive soon... this happened a few times.. Eventually, I wrote them an e-mail that wasnt very nice. I have not received a response for that one yet...it's been a few days. They sent me a tracking number for USPS. I have been checking that page EVERY DAY.. all that it says is that USPS has been electronically notified that the lip would be shipped on the 8th. That's it.

On the site it says that lips take 7 - 10 days to deliver. It has been 18 so far. I have no lip and there is no updated information when I use the tracking number. I am extremely disappointed and a bit pissed. I will NEVER order from www.streetstyler.com.

EDIT: oh yea.. not to mention this was supposed to be a birthday present from my parents.

i had a great experience from streetstyler.com
usps doesnt update their online tracking at every point like ups does. you wont see it move until it's been delivered... usps online tracking is bullshit.... just wait a few more days

all usps shows is when they recieve info that it should be shipped and an estimated ship date, after you recieve the package then it will be listed as delivered... there's no inbetween... usps is ghey like that

No estimated ship date. My Lip should have been here quite a while ago. StreetStyler is refusing to respond to my latest e-mail.

you're still getting a better response then i am from cardomain.com... they're telling me "we got your money and you cant do s**t about it, we'll send them when we feel like it"

i had the same problem with my lip but i didnt write them or anything just waited , and it came like 20 days lata. it was all good cuz iv gotten stuff quick from them B4. just chill.....

No I have not....

Every other E-mail I sent out to them.. they replied in literally.. 10 minutes.
I send an E-mail out.. that isnt exactly nice and shows that i'm pissed off.. and they havent replied in days.

I know they saw it... I just have a feeling that they arent sure what to say to me anymore.

send another email asking what's up. if u don't get a reply, theaten to notify the BBB.

but i would PM streetstyler first. or post in one of his threads.

i ordered the whole type r lip kit and the sideskirts were on back order and it took about 1 month or so but i wasnt sweatin it cause they cant help that they run outta s**t man...just take another zanex and chill out man

Just checked and yes they do.. only open til 5 though.. so if I don't get my lip tomorrow then i'll try calling them..

Another f**king day. No E-mail, No PM, No Lip.. I gave them a call.. I tried somewhere around 15 times.. I kept getting a damn automessage saying that everyone's busy and to call back later. f**k streetstyler.
