ok.. heres the update.. I FINALLY got a hold of that bastard Steve on AIM the other night. He told me that the item had in fact been shipped. He said to check with the post office to make sure that I didnt miss it. Lying a*****e.. I went to the post office today. They said that the item could NOT have been shipped. So now the post office is looking into this and we're looking at a possible case against this company.

Do not EVER deal with streestyler. They'll take your money, lie to you and do their best to f**k you over as best they can. If you guys get a chance.. message StreetStylerAIM on AIM and tell him he's a f**khead.

I used a credit card. The problem is that they've already taken the money. Can't stop it now.. it's too late. All we can do now is let the postal inspector check it out.. and possibly press charges.

You can get youre money back if it hasent been more then 60 days from the day they took it from youre acount. Just call youre credit card company.

Did you try to call the shipping company? They must know where you're s**t is, when you have a tracking number?

Do not EVER order ANYTHING from www.streetstyler.com. Worst business experience ever. On July 2 I placed an order for a Type R front lip for my Civ... I had been a while so I e-mailed them.. and they responded very quickly.. reassuring me that it would arrive soon... this happened a few times.. Eventually, I wrote them an e-mail that wasnt very nice. I have not received a response for that one yet...it's been a few days. They sent me a tracking number for USPS. I have been checking that page EVERY DAY.. all that it says is that USPS has been electronically notified that the lip would be shipped on the 8th. That's it.

On the site it says that lips take 7 - 10 days to deliver. It has been 18 so far. I have no lip and there is no updated information when I use the tracking number. I am extremely disappointed and a bit pissed. I will NEVER order from www.streetstyler.com.

EDIT: oh yea.. not to mention this was supposed to be a birthday present from my parents.

I'm not sure if you're used to ordering online but your order almost never comes on time, and you have to look at it from their viewpoint to.

I had the same problem too,mines took a while to recieve too, since we live on the east coast and they are from the west coast, it takes a while. should take a week, but i didn't recive mine until 2 weeks... dunno, thats the only thing i ever ordered from them, i guess every once and a while, they give shitty service, maybe next time it won't be as bad, just be glad you'll get it, i know i am...

final update - Ok.. my lip finally came in. I ordered it on July 2nd and received in on August 20. That was the slowest shipping i've ever experienced. There is no way those bastards shipped it on July 8th like they said. Whatever. This is the first and last time I EVER do business with Street Styler.
