you're one of the lucky few.. I've spoken to many others who have gotten screwed by streetstyler just like I have.

i hate streetstyler too, i have had bad expirience with them. BIG THUMBS DOWN

Yes the shipping company did lose the original package sent. Which is why we reshipped the item to him through a different service second time around. www.DHL.com T# 22576214754. Again another complaint that never posted the order was handled and delivered.

No problem anfrey. Rand0m. If you re-read my post, the shipping company originally lost the first package. Believe me, we are mad when that happens to but really isn't our fault. Once it leaves it is the shipping company to get the shipment delivered. Sometimes labels get ripped off of boxes and there is no way to trace the package when that happens. We had to submit a damage/lost package claim for the shipment and that can take up to 30 days to clear. That is why once we got that handled we shipped the lip through a different service to insure it didn't happen twice. So we handled the situation as fast as possible and the produc would have been delivered earlier if the original shipment was not lost by the carrier. We ship things everyday and a lot of packages. Most people do not run into situations like that but believe me, any shipping company out there has their screw ups. But that is why we insure everything just incase it happens.

haha, hey man, those things happen....i was only goofing because this thread was like 7 months old, and somehow it got revived...haha, i didnt even read the whole thread ;)

bad business!

i dont really know who to blame streetstyler or the post office! i ordered a lip kit from these guys about 2 months ago & didnt recieve anything yet! i went to the post office & checked if the $$$ was cashed, they said is was not ! im about to cancel the check! which sux! because it will take 60 days for the $$ to reinburst! i want to know whats going on with this company! i cant even talk to a rep on the phone ,they only take orders through the phone! DOES STRRETSTYLER GOT ANYTHING 2 SAY!?
