What kind of advice is that? S/C D15B you be lucky to see 150-170whp out the box. S/C SOHC D's have low output compard to turbo D's & have a shitty power/cost ratio. hmmm, it depends on what SC you get, its all in the pully, sure its easy to turn up the bost in a turbo, but in a SC all it takes is a pully and a belt. SC are not worthless, just not cheap as a HMT kit. i agree that a turbo will make more power for less money, and i agree that turbos are better, but a supercharged D is also a good setup...its diffrent strokes for diffrent folks. most people are running only 10psi pullys on the D, and that is nothing like 10 psi on a turbo, it gets int to laws of thermodynamics and how much CFM it is flowing. Its like bolting on a little greddy kit at 5 or so psi with the tiny turbo. They can make alot more power, but people just buy them and bolt them on beacuse they want to be diffrent not faster.$lick Rick said:no it cant... not even close on a d series

A f**king 03 Mach1 with a Procharger & 6psi pully is not worthless, Its a f**king nasty setup at that, but if you want to hear it from me a S/C D15B is straight out f**king WORTHLESS, You could go faster cheaper with a LS swap with bolt-ons then a f**king slow ass S/C D15B.
