I'll have one soon enough. Other security measures are on the list b4 that.Needs a lip! Bad!
what's the deal with our leaky trunks?Trying to decide if I should go through with painting the center caps or if I just leave them as is.
I also have a leak in my trunk so I have to figure out how to fix it. I was thinking of just getting a new liner but idk if that will fix it since it doesn't look to bad, but I was about to just pull it off so I guess the seal is broken allowing water to come in.
Haven't looked into it yet but it's leakingwhat's the deal with our leaky trunks?
Thanks man.Looks like everybody should move to nor-cal then if they want to see cars live in the modesto,ca area and all you will see is imports-muscle cars daily gets old seeing these kids burn out everywhere and going to the races every friday night where over 90+ cars show up...feeling old and out of it but, none the less good luck on your build will take time and lots of money
Suspension is something that I made sure I didn't cheap out on. I spent over a grand in suspension parts so I can have the ride I want and the quality and peace of mind. Heres what I haveHey 203 what suspension you running .??
I really want the function n forms but kinda just want to say f**k it n buy some 40 dollar coil overs so I can spend more money on other stuff for the car.... But at the same time want to have a smooth ride so really probably going to get function n form setup
Just asking cause I know you just lowered the car..... And do you know anything about these coil overs

Using the tapa ya tap tap..... Tap
i disagree with all of this. ive been in civics and vws with them. they rode decent when all the way down, as good as any other coilover. they also handled just fine with spirited driving, they arent a track coilover but for the price they handled fine. they also didnt blow^i know of/about those, and from the pics you've referenced on your thread, those particular coilovers will not provide you with the desired low you are looking for.
They are very popular in the Volkswagen and euro car scene because they only hard park. They do not enhance your ride in any way, and are t very reliable if you do any sort of spirited driving.
I would highly suggest spending the money on f&f type 1s, you get what you pay for and your suspension is whats between the car and the road.
I think you'll find that the vast majority of lower end coilovers have very similar dampening and spring rates per each popular application. I've never heard of any coilover designed with stance in mind. I feel they are all performance based, it's just what kind of performance they are catered too. They are more of a stance coilover vs performance
