I think u shud get a carbon bon + CTR lights like u said, good plan stanI personally dont see why everyone is blaming the woman...yeah she stopped and didnt have turn signals BUT...how does that justify your inability to stop? If her car was able to stop, and you just left an intersection, why werent you looking more ahead? I'm not trying to bust your balls...but you have to watch out for other people on the road.
eh dude if they were both going 40 and she all of a suddon just stops cause she's missed a turn or something with no idication what so ever your not going to expect it, put it this way timmy... if that lady didnt stop then he would still have his lip in tact

Damn..... I always though you had a sweet car... awesome 4 door.. clean, liked the colour... sorry to see it in that condition. I wrote my last car off when it looked liek that, I went off the road doing 140 km/h , came over a blind hill and the road did a T... but that was me being stupid.

if the airbags didnt go off you might have a shot. you can always talk to the insurance agent and see what you have to do to keep it. my friend talked to the lady and she didnt total it. goodluck

To clearify.
The lady stopped without a turn signal to check out a house she was buying to the right.
She didn't use a turn signal.
and we were traveling between 35-40mph.. i hit her as i was slowing.. about.. 10-15mph.
its a 2002 car with 30,000 miles... my car with 127,000.. my brakes = ??.. hers are barely broken in.. yes.. i understand what people are saying.. its my fault, but the fact that she didn't signal... kinda makes me mad. You can't just stop like that in the middle of the road.
Second.. the condition of my car.
Today i went to the body shop i had the car towed to.. Hes the best body guy in central pa. hes like.. fix, your airbags didn't deploy, and you can still drive it. all i need to do is weld the crossbar, get you a new left fender, headlight, lip, and hood. and your ready to get on the road... in fact, i'll just give you the money for a cf hood and it'll even taked less time to paint!
So.. he thinks its a definite repair... I'll keep ya'll in touch.. Tomorrow the claims adjuster comes from the insurance company... Everyone wish me a REPAIR only situation.. with a good amount of $$$ for stuff.
