just turbo it ull be fine running norm 7 psi which would prob be around 250-280hp(just a guess)
just get bigger injectors, fuel pump and stand alone ecu with a great tune and youll be good... after that if u want more then 300HP new pistons/C.rods n crank the boost 2 about 12/13psi
(u prob wont even NEED the pistons n rods but if u want safe go that route
u dont really need much....get gauges to but thats alrdy been said...and since ur cars a 08 u dont needa worry bout the lil things like water pump n s**t cuz they should still be fine

ucould run a stock motor on 10psi easy no internals i have seen plenty of stock motors boosted a b16 in an integra turbod ran15psi and held out
