Here's some updated pix. My car's dirty, but that's wisconsin for ya.
Here's the new stock exhaust, its dirty now but it shines. I plan on getting a new muffler and tip:

Dude, you just need patience with your ride. It took me awhile to get my ride clean and kinda how i want it. I have money kinda trickle in and save for what i need or pick up this and that, here and there. Shoot, yesterday i went to the junk yard and got a lug nut, replacement emblems, and that a/c delete plastic for $15. Not the best deal but its part by part. My bills sound about the same as yours(minus the college), i still work it out, have plenty of cash to spend on bad habits as well. Just some encouragement.

Looks like the kinda lip that needs to be remounted. Buy new trim from the dealership. You should've put that sticker in a different spot, looks out of place.
it does need to be fixed, i went in a driveway that just punched my car in the nads. is that trim removable, i cant find out where it comes off. where should i put the sticker then. I got 3 more of them.

The trim is remvoal. Searching diy you'll eventaully come by it, but there are clips you have to take off the door panels from the inside to get to the clips. Also whats wrong with the rim pic? and the way that sticker is shaped it wont look right anywhere its a boring square best bet would be in the bottom of rear window.
