they do, I got pulled over to turn them down yesterday. lol.
Wheneva you see a cop, just turn em down as you pass by. They always try nd give you a hard time. Especially if you driving a civic.
I kno, I didnt see him, I usually turn them down.

OK, so I had to go to Walmart and I went in a different way that I usually do. As Im going in this happens to my lip:
I'm really contemplating removing it because it's in horrible shape. But I love the look of a lip on a Civic. Is there anyway to fix it? I tried bending it back into place but that didn't work.
Also, what is this:

no. but its so curb-rashed and beaten on, I think Im gona remove it, IDK.
If I remove it, I'll buy a better one, maybe Type-R or Mugen

go to home depo and get a roll of super strength double sided tape. the one thats kinda foamy and has a red plastic tear off. its really strong and make sure to clean the two surfaces thats gonna come in contact with each other with either asatone (idk if i spelled that right) or rubbing alcohol and make sure to lay the tape on the lip where the bumper is gonna come in contact... i used it on mine and that s**t holds up good as f**k... oh and dont worry about that thing hanging, all it does is help keep water/road grime from splashing up in to the engine.. its very flexable and effects nothing.....
