I know, but the Miata is actually last on that list. I'd take one if I could find one that fit my criteria, but I'd rather find one of the others. MR2 is #1. I found one for pretty cheap, guy says it's road worthy, but leaks a little bit of oil. I'm CONSIDERING taking a look at it, and trying to find out what it would take to fix.....but I need something that I can daily drive, so I'm sketchy on that.

Anfrey!! I guessed that you would chime in and vote MR2. It's already at the top of my list. About a year ago, I took a 1st gen for a drive, and wasn't too thrilled with it. Granted, I didn't get to push it....but for the small difference in performance, I LOVE the styling of the 2nd gen.

if you need help finding an sw20, i can help you out. i'm very close with the Midwest Chapter MR2 Owner's Club and could use the resources to help find something near you. man, one of our buddies in chicago just sold his red 5sfe sw20 this morning too... though i'm guessing you probably want some 3sgte love...

I haven't. I haven't heard much but apparently a town about 1 hr away from me is pretty much gone. There was one back in 99 a 1/2 hr north of me but I didn't see it.

generally it's a good idea not to be outside. one of my friends was in a trailer that was picked up and dropped a few blocks from where it was. it's really dark and really noisy. u don't know what's going on and u just hope for the best

my friend casey is driving through southern indiana right now... apparently a tornado went across a highway and these cars were in the way. notice the fallen trees as well. i guess one of the vehicles had a baby seat in the back as well. hope everyone is okay!

you should leave the car if u happen to be in that situation. go get in the ditch. the car isn't safe.

i;d still bail out of the car and go lay as flat as i could on the ground in the ditch somewhere. cars are just death traps in a tornado.
