Went to LA on Saturday with some buddies for lunch, then went to the Griffith Observatory. Was supposed to go to like 3 parties Saturday night, but we got home late. Still had a lot of fun, though. Got a hurr cut on Sunday, and started restoring my headlights. Sounds like some of you guys got down this past weekend hahaha. Wednesday is my day to make mistakes.
The fastest I've gone is 105 in my coupe, but I'm afraid to push it anymore because the freeways here aren't straight for long. I wouldn't want to take a curve at more than 90 since my car is still stock height and I have wheels that are 5.5 inches thick.Shoot, are you saying you haven't topped out your civic?

My car is in such poor shape, I wouldn't push it past 85-90 max haha. I don't think it has the balls to get up past 90 as it is. This little single cam starts screaming at 80mph.
I topped my car out just past 130 in fourth gear, switched to fifth and it wouldn't go any faster.
My old 95 civic topped out around 120-ish. My old blazer literally cut off at 112 for some odd reason. My 95 integra almost hit 140.

My Integra would get to 140 scary fast.. gotta love boost. I would be down to 10 minutes until I had to be at work, and barely be getting on the freeway (normally 10 minute drive just to work), and I'd get there in like.. 3 minutes lol. From 40 on the onramp, to about 100 on the bottom of the onramp getting onto the freeway. I miss boost :/
Sounds fun. Lol I'm not a speed demon though, I just like to know the limits of the car. I top out all my cars at least once, just to see, but I generally don't speed anything over 80. I care more about comfort these days, less money is spent in the motor. Long as it runs right then all is good. I typically just do the intake. Header, and exhaust just for the tone.

I feel ya. I don't speed much at all either, but I do need my cars to have enough power to get up when I want, and this Civic definitely doesn't... yet...

Worked, now bored. I'm on 1.5 hours of sleep right now and I'm trying my best not to go to bed until later tonight. I tried sleeping early last night only to wake up an hour later. I decided to play Left 4 Dead 2 and watching The Walking Dead until 5am lol.
How you get to your hvac controls?I'm bored at work.. Just put in some lights and wired up a manual fan switch. The lights look good but I was 1 bulb short so my cluster looks a little funky
