I work at a stereo shop, after being here awhile it all comes easy.
Take your stereo out.
Take the lower panel with the cig lighter out.
Get underneath and there is 3 black screws.
Pop out the controls just a little and disconnect the green plug, brown plug and black cable going to the controls. It's a b***h in and out, no way around it.
Take all the gold screws out and pop off the faceplate. 7/10 difficultly but it looks great
I got the lights to mine but couldn't find out how to pull the hvac controls out. Ty

It's not bad. I recommend being calm through the process, because IT WILL piss you off

+1 haha but anyway worked today then went to picknpull snagged skunk 2 upper control arms. Went home then the guy I traded my Meshies with came up from Chicago. So he can go to picknpull to grab a manual cluster and some hoses. We ended up cruising after
And what's funny is there was two older BMWs that were the same just different colors one was white and one was blue. We was all going the same way so it was like a mini cruise/rivalry lol. Didn't snag a pic of them though should have :/

got a rear lip for my ej8 yesterday.. gonna install it today. also gonna try to find what's causing this erratic 16v i'm gettin from the battery!!
