I use valvoline 5w30 in my acura and my honda.... I have used valvoline on every one of my cars for the last 10 years and its always done well! When i took my d15 apart after the swap the inside of the engine looked brand new still!! No sludge, The pistons and walls had very little wear on them... and the cams look like i just put em in!

but really, its been engineered to be the best performing oil out. i saw a review on oils few months back, and royal purple made the motor run cooler, and dynoed out at 2HP more than the compeditors... good stuff.
