I know of a few guys with GTPs running low 12s on street tires.

Some motors work well with them others dont its that not some stupid broad saying

SC's also put double the strain on your engine because it is belt driven, which isnt so good for a daily driven car.

youre right, it isnt a broad thing, but i (personally) feel that if you have a motor with 6 or less cylinders (no matter the config) you should use turbo. id rather own a twin turbo v-6 than a sc v-6, same with a turbo i-6 and so on. these are all opinions. Its all in who you ask, i know people who swear by superchargers, and some who swear by turbos, and even some who swear by N/A....
