Been stickin to the stuff Dank and Jimmy2Times told me a week ago, wake up with a carnation shake/oatmeal breakfast, for lunch/dinner I have been eating only salads, meat (not processed), whole wheats, and raisin bran...also have only been drinking the 1% milk and water...so far I have lost 6 pounds and am feeling a lot better throughout the day. I can stay awake in class, and feel good during weightlifting, football, and wrestling...thanks a lot guys, I will try to keep updated...maybe weekly or something...this thread was a great help to me...

I've f**king gained weight. Used to be 125-128 about 2 months ago, now I'm up to 135 all of a sudden. What the f**k. I'm looking to buy a bench, bar, and weights though to hopefully either get rid of or turn some body fat into muscle :???:.

I know what it is too... When I'm working at the party house and it gets so f**king busy, I have to shovel my dinner down my throat hardly chewing it. I get digestive problems later in the night and I feel like absolute s**t.

I claim no sort of diet.. but.. really the only things that I eat and drink are..

Chicken Caesar Salads
Beef Jerky
Eggs
Meats
Yogurts
Fruit
And I drink Diet Dr. Pepper, which is alot of prune juice.
And Diet Snapple.
And water. ;)

I am 5'9", and High 150s low 160s.
And I don't work out at all, except sex a couple times a day. ;)

Haha. Far from that. Birth Control is amazing. Haha.

And yea, A couple times a day. its really good cardio, its like working out for 2 hours when im on top. haha. Im just a pimp like that. ;)

I used to work out a lot and dirt bike all the time but college, girls and work consume my life. So I don't really have time right now. But my job is pretty physical so that keeps me in shape too, constant lifting and cardio.

What can I say, they just can't be satiated sexually. s**t happens. Plus you can have them all, except my girlfriend, cuz lord knows you can't do it like me. ;)

WEll I'm officially done losing weight. At this point if I lose it, I lose it. But I'm not actively trying to lose anymore. At the beginning of the year I weighed 222lbs (I really let myself go). I now weight 175.2lbs. I'm 5'8"....there are still some problem areas (love handles) but at this point i'm going to just tone. I wish you luck all those that are trying to lose weight. Its a long rough journey, but totally worth it.

In the summer of 2006 i weighed 240lbs and started to drink nothing but WATER i went down to 210lbs, by cutting out simple s**t as soft drinks i lost a lot of weight, i stand at 6 foot and I am a pretty stout guy, i ate pretty much whatever I wanted but in small portions, and drank a s**t load of water like 2 gallons a day, lost 3 sizes in pants lol......oh yeah btw the colder the water your drink the better, going scientific, the colder the water you drink it will take more calories to heat up to your body temperature (calories=burning unit) so the colder the water, it will take more calories to heat that cold water up to body temperature, and you WILL lose weight

LOL Congrats on the loss! Wow you don't get to say that often on this forum. I'm actually trying to gain weight I'm 5' 8" about 155 right now. In the gym 4 days a week hoping to hit the 180 mark before summers over! Already up from 145 2 months ago.
