Been stickin to the stuff Dank and Jimmy2Times told me a week ago, wake up with a carnation shake/oatmeal breakfast, for lunch/dinner I have been eating only salads, meat (not processed), whole wheats, and raisin bran...also have only been drinking the 1% milk and water...so far I have lost 6 pounds and am feeling a lot better throughout the day. I can stay awake in class, and feel good during weightlifting, football, and wrestling...thanks a lot guys, I will try to keep updated...maybe weekly or something...this thread was a great help to me...
