lol i needed some time to get the pics off the camera...
the trip was f**king awesome. we had a lot of fun, though i was awake for nearly 40 hours on the drive back... see, on friday we woke up at 10am and spent the day in the city with phill11204. we ate some killer AYCE korean bbq til around midnight and i started leaving brooklyn around 1am. drove all night and morning thru NJ and PA and met up with an old friend of mine in cleveland (i hadn't seen him since 2000). we then drove down to king's island, met up with joh and morgan, rode a few coasters, and then, finally, at 11pm, i managed to get some sleep.
anyway, here are the two photos i shot when we got back to the motel in jersey.

BTW Justin that GRID game is pretty sweet, drifting is the best i've ever seen in a game.

yeah, all stock except for a prodrive muffler, 86k miles (well, 87k now lol), in pristine f'n condition (just one ding and one scuff), with a new set of wet tires for slightly over 10k... single mature owner (the dude was in his 40s, and he was selling the wrx because he bought a porsche cayman -- totally sweet and f**king comfortable too)... yeah, i could've maybe done a bit better on the price, but i think it was worth it. there was a lower priced wrx in chicago with similar miles, but it was yellow and i simply could not bring myself to pay money for a yellow car... yellow people in yellow cars, it just doesn't work lol
plus, it gave bunny and i a chance to have a nice mini-vacation. she had never been to NYC before, so it was quite fun. i hadn't been there in a few years myself.
btw, gas is so much cheaper out east!! i paid $3.88/gal for 93 octane when i was there.

what can i say, this past winter left me jaded... awd was the remedy.oh no.. another suby owner
i gotta admit, i wasnt a fan until i rode around with tony all weekend. especially with that exhaust

there are only a handful of autos i would pay money for...cant go wrong with a boosted awd car
yeah i'm starting to wonder what it's gonna be like if I get my S2k and have to drive it in the winter.....
