good point. if you break a rule and get an infraction, you deserve it. deal with it and change. i have personally been an a*****e a few times to certain people but never took it overboard(at least not to the point of me getting an infraction). another thing, this is the internet, there will be people who will get offended over stupid childish BS. just something we have to deal with. i have no problems with any of the mods on here. everyone seems to like to talk s**t on Biz but like others have said, he does his job, hes very active on here and i think more people have no issues with him than those who do. sure there will be slow times and the noob threads do get annoying but that's another part of online forum. we didn't all just happen to wake up one day and know all the information on cars that we do now. we learned. we were all a noob at some point in time. go back and look at some of the first posts/threads you have made. hell i remember the way i was. wanting to put a body kit on and all that jazz. I'm very happy i didn't now but it just proves we all have to learn somewhere. sure the search button is hardly ever used but there are some who do use it rather than post the same question that has been asked a billion times before. i do think the car on the banner should be someone who is an ACTIVE member also, like others have said. not just some random guy that has a clean car who is hardly ever active on here. this is the site i am most active on with exception to the local Honda forum for st Louis. sure I'm on HT and the others but they just aren't the same as CC. just thought id throw my thoughts out as well.So clearly people on this site have some beef with other members, but you know what? thats life. marc and biz might HATE each other, but conducting themselves in a professional, respectful manner is the key. I think respect is biggest aspect of this whole thing. noobs can be stupid as hell, but show them respect and they'll want to learn, granted you get a few bad apples, but they can be dealt with accordingly. There are a FEW mods who i see as less active, but then again, im not even sure some of them are mods anymore haha.
biz you aight in my book mang. The only fault i have with billy is that he's from Charlestonkidding.
Respect is key.
oh and another thing, if you're jokin around with people on the site, and they take offense....is it that tough to apologize and be mature? that might help a lot as well.

i get the point traction was trying to make, but this thread wasnt a very good example to use. the thread really could go in several different directions - 7th gen, engine tech, or FI... it all depends on what the op replies with. not to mention 2 mods were already active in the thread

it wouldn's surprise me either. When a members like you think they are better than others and it shows in their cocky comments with sarcasm, members OG and noobs take offense. If that happens and I get a report in my emal of course I'll give you an infraction. That's what I'm supposed to do. You're not better than everyone else.
as for me saying things on here that would give me an infraction normally, either prove it or STFU with the drama. You keep getting defensive in your own thread made to discuss and imo, it's making you look stupid.
