So when your insurance and copay rates rise, your not going to b***h right? You'll be perfectly happy with it?I have no reason to NOT agree. I already pay for my health care. It's not affecting me at all.

what if they decide there are chemicals created by the creation of computers that makes it necessary to charge absurd taxes to deal with the ecological impact this consumer good creates.. and it personally impacted you?I have no reason to NOT agree. I already pay for my health care. It's not affecting me at all.
I don't see my insurance and copay rising. Mine has risen because of people without health care racking up billions of dollars in unpaid bills. So when your insurance and copay rates rise, your not going to b***h right? You'll be perfectly happy with it?
I already pay taxes on stuff like that. I pay taxes for electronics to be disposed of, I pay taxes because I deal with electronics that have mercury. I don't b***h because it's in my line of business, I knew what I was getting into when I started my business.what if they decide there are chemicals created by the creation of computers that makes it necessary to charge absurd taxes to deal with the ecological impact this consumer good creates.. and it personally impacted you?
I fail to see how this is a lawyers fault. The case is heard before a jury of peers, therefore, its not really up to the lawyer to win the case. They don't have to choose, they know they can sue over anything and they can win. If the legal system was upheld and lawyers were penalized for taking cases that were so absurdly stupid and wrong, we wouldn't have so many malpractice suits.
taxation and forcing me to buy insurance are not the same thing.. plain and simple..It's been addressed. The Bill is not a precedent for new behavior. You have been paying taxes for your entire adulthood, and much of that tax money goes into programs that the government feels will make things better, whether you agreed with them or not. This new precedent is a figment of your imagination
It's a lawyers fault because they take any case. If they didn't take stupid cases, and only ones that actually did break the law or was actual malpractice we wouldn't have rampant lawsuits.I fail to see how this is a lawyers fault. You did the metaphor, I just went along with it.taxation and forcing me to buy insurance are not the same thing.. plain and simple..

I also get a break on my taxes because I send electronics, printer ink cartridges, and paper to certified recycling centers instead of being sent to land fills.
Its the PERSON who decided to SUE who is at fault, not the lawyer. It's a lawyers fault because they take any case. If they didn't take stupid cases, and only ones that actually did break the law or was actual malpractice we wouldn't have rampant lawsuits.
Only in your mind. It's just a matter of semantics. For example, they share these features: Pay or get penalized, pay into a program from which you have the opportunity to benefit, is controlled by the government, is designed to serve the greater good of the country and its citizens, etc. Quacks like a duck, flies like a duck, walks like a duck, looks like a duck, smells like duck. What is it? A butterfly?taxation and forcing me to buy insurance are not the same thing.. plain and simple..
No, it's a democrat disguised as a lame duck in order to fool peopleQuacks like a duck, flies like a duck, walks like a duck, looks like a duck, smells like duck. What is it? A butterfly?
look we are not going to agree i get it..but the part that we are arguing about NOW is so much LESS important than what noregrets and i discussed earlier.. and that is the ROOT of the problem to which is OVER CHARGING medical practices.. THAT really is the core of the problem.. and MAKING me foot the bill for that is again where it becomes bullshit..Only in your mind. It's just a matter of semantics. Seriously, what would be the President's motivation for intentionally fooling people? No, it's a democrat disguised as a lame duck in order to fool people
Rights granted in 1776:Seriously, what would be the President's motivation for intentionally fooling people?
However, many believe that passage of the Health Care Reform Bill will make Obama a lame duck at the end of his first term. He gave up a lot of political clout to get it passed. By putting the Bill before himself, I think this tells you how important he believes it is for the American people.
Wow, Anthony, we actually agree on something -- The medical industry clearly needs reforming. But if you were not aware, such reforms are built into the Bill because the medical industry was unable to reform itself....the ROOT of the problem to which is OVER CHARGING medical practices.. THAT really is the core of the problem.. and MAKING me foot the bill for that is again where it becomes bullshit..medicine industry.. grossly mismanaged..
you are not OWED s**t.. want a house? buy some land and build one..want to eat? go in the woods and hunt something... want health care? BUY IT.. BUT STOP FORCING ME TO BUY IT WITH YOU!Rights granted in 1776:
- Life
- Liberty
- Pursuit of Happiness
if the bullshit spending was removed from the medical industry.. we would be able to lower insurance premiums.. and would no longer NEED to FORCE me to buy health care i dont want..Wow, Anthony, we actually agree on something -- The medical industry clearly needs reforming. But if you were not aware, such reforms are built into the Bill because the medical industry was unable to reform itself.
Funny, but wrong. If health care were a right, then everyone would be covered by the Bill. The fact is that many Americans are still not covered.Rights granted as of 2010:
- Pursuit of Happiness as long as it doesn't sadden another person
- Healthcare
- Food
- Car
- Job
- Casual Friday
- etc
You may be right. If so, I wish the medical industry had policed itself so we could have avoided the Bill altogether. But it was not to be so.if the bullshit spending was removed from the medical industry.. we would be able to lower insurance premiums.. and would no longer NEED to FORCE me to buy health care i dont want..
