lol B16 Valve cover, Y U NO FIT!!??
:P

So I've been thinking about the wiring and I decided that I'm going to reloom my harness to make it tucked. Kinda like the one on this page:

http://forums.nwp4life.com/zerothread?id=8154&page=65

and here:

http://forums.nwp4life.com/zerothread?id=8154&page=70

I figured that it's something I want to do eventually, so I can postpone the swap awhile while I do the wiring. It doesn't seem super hard, mainly time consuming. It is definitely not worth the $300 - $500 for a professionally done harness. I will progressively tuck the rest of my bay after the swap is complete.

I wanna do a wire tuck on mine, but I just don't have the creativity for it...lol
Haha it takes more time and dedication than creativity, but I know what you mean.

I really want to do my EX harness like that, but I'm not sure yet. That guys whole build is sick, but his engine is just awesome. His attention to detail is amazing.

Car is coming along nicely!

Out of the 12 pages or so, it was your first initial posts that stood out to me!

As of now, my funds are limited and I have school and work, but I will continue to do small projects as I save up for better parts. I don't want to rush. I want to take my time and do things right.
Great approach and attitude, especially from a younger person! It's refreshing to see that you have some ambition and initiative to LEARN!
If everyone took this approach, there would be fewer half done, hack job Hondas' running around!

I know exactly what you mean. I was thinking about buying the Downstar B-series bolt kit for $70, but I need the money for other parts of my swap right now. It'll just have to wait.

Haha I got one person...

Thanks man, the parts have started to get a little more expensive, but my budget has stayed the same. I've been forced to be patient lately. =)

Glad to hear it!

Not much of an update, but my order from Majestic came in today.

I've already started a list of the things I realized I forgot.

Haha exactly. I literally hit order then went back to the garage and remembered like 4 or 5 things I meant to add to the cart.

Thanks man! I used a combination of Simple green, paper towels, and a 3M Scotch Brite pad. Once it was cleaned, I painted it with 500 degree aluminum finish paint.
