Damn that was a long read but now I'm wondering why I never checked ur thread out before haha. Your so chill about the swap and I'm like get that effin motor in haha.
well welcome to the slowest k swap around =) I think im just old and finally got a lil bit of patience. Plus the people who do swap a K as fast as possible tend to have horrible looking swaps, or they are back on the forums posting about this part and that part that they need to rig up to keep rolling. I don't want to be in that group

Haha. Thanks for taking the time to check it out. Everyone is seeing my build from the absolute beginning to the end so its taking awhile. I really don't want to cheap out anywhere and I got a lot going on outside of this build so I think its a deeper look into what really goes on in this kind of build.

usdm old crappy beat up oil filter removed and replaced.....boredom stuff!





(swagger jacked from ICB motorsports) Hamp filters are designed to keep a more constant Oil Pressure, and raises oil pressure by about 5 psi. If you know JDM then you know this product needs no introduction. Hamp is Honda's Japanese aftermarket product "Hamp Synergy". The Hamp Synergy are set up after the Honda original parts products. These can be used on any Honda, but are specifically designed with Type Rs, and Type Ss in mind. Features to this item include a unique release valve that dynamically adjusts to the conditions within the filter to keep the flow and pressure constant. The HAMP oil filter will last longer and filter better than any other filter on the market. An item that is a definite must have for any B series or K series high performance high revving VTEC/iVTEC motors!

hahah i was sitting in my hella sloped driveway, and since im kinda long i sat like that to keep my feet out of the picture. :lol:

Is i-vtec on both cams or just the intake cam? I only ask because the intake cam in that pic looks alot different than the exhaust one.

When this society is long gone, and the earth is a barren wasteland left to be rebuilt by a new species of being foreign or not. I wish that this thread be preserved, and said beings look upon it and see us as being an intelligent race of people......who loved jdm parts, slammed rides, and well thought out K-swaps. :P

fantastic build so far, cant wait to see the next update
