I feel like everyone should knows these things though. If we all did, we'd all be so much more healthy. I mean, imagine someone making a chicken salad. Lets say they cook the chicken in a pan, and then dress their salad by hand, without washing their hands after handling the raw chicken. Total NO! Lol, but if they don't know that they'd be none the wiser.
just imagine how much you would think about if you were the one raising and butchering them. handling them as products is easy if you never have any interaction with themAfter taking my safe mark class and now working with food, it's amazing how much more I think about stuff like that. And it's amazing how much you don't think about it when you don't work with food.
