That was the problem. The supply store said it probably was tainted with nitrogen. f**king bullshit but whatever.

Seems to have solved my problems.
Well didnt get it done. Got a few legs to weld still.
It doesnt have a k series is why.Solid welds!

wish i had a welder so i could mess around, also so i wouldnt have to pay someone to weld up some seat brackets for me in the near future.
You can get a really decent welder for around $300.
harbor freight has one on sale for 90...
