Took the bastard caliper to work. If anyone doesn't know by now I pretty much work in a machine shop.
I milled the head of the pin and tried knocking it out with a punch and hammer but that didn't work so I drilled it out.
After that I found out that the part of the cable that goes through the bracket which holds the cable in place on the caliper was seized and stuck in the bracket.
Here I am milling the part that is stuck in the bracket. I milled from both ends until it was flush with the surface of the bracket.
After hitting it with a punch and hammer and getting no where I decided to cut a slot in it to relieve the stress in the metel which helped me finally knock the slug out
I'll be installing the new cable with hardware over the weekend. I'm also going to try and install the trailer arm bushing as well.
