I'm going to make my own tool to install the bushing. I plan to cut the round plastic stock in half and drill a hole in the middle. I'll slide one half on the bolt along with the bushing and then use the other on the back of the trailer arm with a washer and nut. I'll then use a wrench and a ratchet (one on each side) to pull the bushing in the sleeve. It's simple but should work.

Finish product

The bushing are polyurethane made by energy suspension. The disc are made out of polypropylene.

I remember when I put that bushing in. Wasn't too hard. Used a hammer

New caliper installed on the driver rear side spindle. Thinking of getting a new one for the passenger side aswell. I'm having trouble getting the old E-brake cable off. The pin that holds it in place welded itself together. I also threw the SS lines on.

I would recommend painting the parts store calipers. I didn't paint mine and they were rusty in like a month.

Took the bastard caliper to work. If anyone doesn't know by now I pretty much work in a machine shop.

I milled the head of the pin and tried knocking it out with a punch and hammer but that didn't work so I drilled it out.

After that I found out that the part of the cable that goes through the bracket which holds the cable in place on the caliper was seized and stuck in the bracket.

Here I am milling the part that is stuck in the bracket. I milled from both ends until it was flush with the surface of the bracket.

After hitting it with a punch and hammer and getting no where I decided to cut a slot in it to relieve the stress in the metel which helped me finally knock the slug out

I'll be installing the new cable with hardware over the weekend. I'm also going to try and install the trailer arm bushing as well.
