Civic 2009 LX Rims / Lowering Kit

:welcome: For wheels ("rims" is the incorrect term, not even sure how that became popular) ... whatever you like! Just make sure the bolt pattern is the same and the offset is similar to OEM to ensure proper fitment. Keep in mind that since you'll be lowering the car, you won't want giant...

car shuts off while on highway

The sensor itself might be good, it could just be a wiring issue. Honestly without knowing the code, it's hard to say. I wouldn't replace it just yet.

car shuts off while on highway

You should go back to the mechanic and get that code -- that's key to solving your issue. Sounds like it could be cam position sensor issue, either the wiring or the sensor isn't working correctly.

car shuts off while on highway

Engine will shut down if it loses spark, fuel, or air. Overheating generally won't shut down an engine. I suppose it could be an electrical issue too. When the engine light comes on, does it do so before the car dies? You might be able to pull the CEL code and get an idea of what's going on.

    Few Electrical Issues. Any relation?

Check all grounds. Check the main harness of damage or frayed wires. As for the gauge cluster... Remove the cluster and unplug connector B from the rear of the cluster (see diagram). Turn the key to ON II. The needle of the gas gauge should fall to Empty. If not, the gas gauge or the cluster...

96 EK Wont Start: Fuel Injector Issue?

He's using a P06 ODB1, the correct ECU for that engine. But absolutely, OP, see if you can pull the CEL codes. You'll need to jump the service connector over by the kick panel and get the CEL via blink codes. Do you have ODB1 injectors? I would check that you've wired them to the ODB2 harness...

    2000 Dx Sedan Exhaust

:welcome: Who's the speed daddy? $170 is cheap. Honestly, find yourself a cheap header, and take your car to a local muffler shop to have something custom welded on. Yonaka is good, Magnaflow is better though. But if you're not worried about sound, and just want it to work and last, see what's...
