Swapped engine wont rev past 5k rpm

Yep. Because at ~5k RPM the ECU is expecting to switch to vtec, which no longer exists.

Tire rub issue, 17" on '00 ex coupe

You might be able to get away with a lower profile tire. I had 17's on my Civic when I was 16-17. I would not dare do that again though. My honest recommendation is to get smaller wheels.

Swapped engine wont rev past 5k rpm

Do you still have the same ECU? Need to swap it for a non-vtec one.

    Chasing a cooling system issue

Test the thermostat - it might be stuck. It's not all that uncommon to get a bad one right out of the box. Drop it into a pot of hot water and it should open up. Take it out and it should close once it cools down. If it doesn't change, or changes and then doesn't change back, replace it.

    Swap possibilité ?

:welcome: I edited your post with a google translate to English.. hope it's accurate. I'm not sure we have any other french speakers on this site. Alternatively, you may be looking for this: http://www.clubcivicquebec.com/ But in short, since you have an Accord, you probably won't find much...

    98 Civic Lx Bogging

Pull the primary o2 sensor and see if the bogging stops. If it does, replace that o2 sensor.

b18a1 swap in 2000 ek civic

B18A1 is a non-vtec motor, P28 is Vtec ECU, so unless you're planning an LS/Vtec swap, the p28 ECU isn't the right one to have. It's going to throw a CEL whenever he's in higher RPMs, and the fuel maps will be all wacky. Get a P75 or PR4 ECU, an ODB2->ODB1 Conversion harness for it...

    02 Civic overheats, losing coolant

The fact that is overheating and there are no signs of coolant anywhere lead me to believe that it's also the head gasket. As said above, it can leech into areas where it burns off, rather than pooling up or contaminating your oil. Do a compression test and see what the results are.

    Baterry problems

Sounds like you have a grounding issue. And that looks like a ground. Get a screw that fits into one of the holes below (or anywhere), get some sandpaper and make sure there's no paint around it, and then bolt it to the frame. That ground needs good metal contact. Without proper grounds, you're...

    1996 Civic, reverse problem

Reverse problems can be tricky. Honda tranny's are notorious for having reverse issues. Issue could be a few things. Definitely do what @HeX said first, and flush the tranny fluid. Don't just add fluid. Drain it, fill it with some crappy compatible MTF, drain it again, then fill with something...

    Replace ECU, Civic 1.8s

Guys, it's pretty obvious he's not from the US  (hint: location: Las Pinas City) $230 and $62 USD, which sounds just about right.

    98 Civic Lx Bogging

Is the CEL on? Does the CEL work? A clogged cat will many times show a P0420 code.

    97 Civic EX Reverse Issues

Sounds like the transmission needs a rebuild, or replacement. Slamming it into reverse while revving it up so high, I'm surprised it didn't completely break right there.

    B20 ek fuel leak

That's cruise control. You can remove it. But, it shouldn't be leaking any fuel... if anything it would be a vacuum leak.

    98 Civic Lx Bogging

Sounds like you might have a clogged cat, or a malfunctioning o2 sensor. Also, clean the IACV.
