Test the thermostat - it might be stuck. It's not all that uncommon to get a bad one right out of the box. Drop it into a pot of hot water and it should open up. Take it out and it should close once it cools down. If it doesn't change, or changes and then doesn't change back, replace it.

Pull the primary o2 sensor and see if the bogging stops. If it does, replace that o2 sensor.

Reverse problems can be tricky. Honda tranny's are notorious for having reverse issues. Issue could be a few things. Definitely do what @HeX said first, and flush the tranny fluid. Don't just add fluid. Drain it, fill it with some crappy compatible MTF, drain it again, then fill with something...

That's cruise control. You can remove it. But, it shouldn't be leaking any fuel... if anything it would be a vacuum leak.
