Also, if you do allow, let me know who the photographer is so I can give...

    17 inch rims?

Personally I would go with the 16s. Both would fit, but I stepped down from 17s to 16s and I like the look and fitment better. 17's can look bulky IMO. You will have 0 issues finding tires for them, unless you are picky and looking for a specific brand/type.

    2016 Civic Type R Coupe

Yeah, it kind of looks like a Focus ST and a CRZ boned, had a kid, and this is their spawn.

    learning to drive stick help/suggestions

I learned by converting my Civic from auto to manual at a buddies house.... 2.5 hours away from mine. So I learned to drive it on the way home. Even got pulled over for a headlight out, but didn't stall it until I got to my driveway. I had driven stick 2-3 times before for a brief period...

    Turbo kit sugestions!

I would look into Full-Race turbo kits. I've heard very good things about them. Personally I don't know much about this brand, but since you're doing research anyways this may be a good place to start...

What are you doing / did you do today / CHAT THREAD

Happy birthday Connie! Car is in the shop today for coilovers / alignment. Dropped my car off at a well-known shop last night just before midnight. The only issue is that it's in a crap location and their parking lot was chained shut. So I parked on the street and dropped the keys in the...

    bought a used car

:welcome: to ClubCivic! I'd give her the normal tune-up if you don't know much history about the car. Oil change, tranny flush, spark plugs, spark plug wires, and just check the engine bay for leaky fluids (power steering, brake fluid, etc.) and top off if needed.

Frustrated New Owner, Need some help!

^ OBDI ECU's will error out when attempted to be read by an OBDII scanner. As the car is a 97, it requires OBDII emissions. OP, pull the wastegate spring, put stock injectors in, put the stock ECU back in, and hope that you have both O2 sensors plugged in and working (one before and one behind...

    Turbo in 93 DX

Whatever you do, get a tune. It is THE most important part of forced induction. Proof: Buddy supercharged his 4.7L Datoka. It lasted 2 weeks - Ran lean, and pop goes the engine. Turbocharged by B18 Civic, had it professionally tuned... the body rotted out years later, but the engine was still...

    Best paper filter for engine?

I think you're over thinking this air filter thing a little too much. If you are simply looking to replace a dirty air filter, any filter will do - paper or oil. You probably won't see any difference in how the car performs unless the previous filter were very dirty. If you are looking for a...
