I use KBB and NADA and average the two. I know my bank uses NADA which is typically a little lower than KBB from what I've noticed... so because of that I would guess that's probably what other companies use too.
That car is in pretty good condition for almost 30 years old! I do think the price is a little high though. Like Cary said, if you're not concerned with getting passed by mopeds or hoverounds, go for it!
