Sounds to me like someone who just bought a car and needs help finding some more Info.
I personaly would recomend considering turbo since it will be best bang for your buck. Otherwise high compression like others have said.

Wow guys, I stay more active on this forum vs Honda-tech for a reason. Bc you can actually get to know a few people and bc its nowhere near as bad with flame wars and tons of immature idiots. Sounds like the guy needs some help and might be a little "green". So he named off a bunch of parts and may or may not know what they all mean do etc... That's probably why he joined this forum. As to making more power. There's two options. Forced Induction (by way of supercharger or turbo) or building the motor with higher comp. pistons and lots of other motor work. IMHO I think if you want reliable but decent power upgrades, either buy a supercharger or buy a complete turbo kit, something like the edelbrock kit. That kit is the most complete and from what I know is very reliable. Doing motor work I'm sure is cool and all and can make decent power, but with such a small motor its hard to make 200+ hp although don't quote me. From all indications 200+ on a b16 is really really good and imho highly unlikely. Hope that helps.

Why? Because of the MR7's? What if he likes them? Dosent mean he's stuck in 2001. Yea, they were the style back then, but so were afro's back in the 70's and 80's. Would you walk upto a dude w/a fro and tell him to get out of his 80's timecapsule? Probably not, b/c he's punch you right square in the nose. If he likes whats on the car, then who cares. yeah know the cavalier is a little ridiculous but on another note i am getting the valve cover painted and i like the orange loom idk i did it myself, the headers i painted and i bought more cuz i ran out it needs another coat to make it darker and dark creep why does my car need serious work please let me know? not being a smart ass just wanna know

i think he meant because of all that hidious orange in the engine bay lol orange headers are definatly killin the look, along with all the stickers on the side but some people like to think thier stickers show people there fast lol so its all up to you..
