it is an si body.. it just doesnt have an si engine.. and yah i have those headrests.. I think the kid i bought it from probably blew the engine up and just snuck a new one in... too bad its not the real deal

okay, i see it...you should look into taking some legal action. I dont know what the specifics and issues would be, but it wouldn't hurt to look into it.

the situation isn't funny at all, but us 96-98 civic owners get the "poser" lable for having the 99-00 front end, but no this poor girl actually has a SI and rocking a SOHC, thats gotta be one for the books......... I would go after him if i was you, do the research, Did he even mention it to you?

*example: i bought an integra that suppose to have dual front air bags. after buying it and driving around for a while i noticed the passenger side air bag cover was hella lose..so i pulled it off and what do i have hear? NOTHING...and i checked the drivers NOTHING....checked the srs light...NO BULB!!! and there u have it..hope u feel better
