Well... Despite my si is in fact a poser..I still love it. So.. I don't know if i even really wanna take legal action.. I didnt spend a fortune on it.. I got it for 9k

what do u mean. its valve timing and electronic controll. i know hers may not be but that is what "v-tec" is.

no, its actaully stands for "variable valve timing and lift electronic control" which would be VTEC.

on topic: I am very sorry about your car, you should definetly take some legal action on the person you bought it from. sound like you really got jipped

yep...you can get si's with si engines for 9k. especially since the '06 si came out.
