93 Sol Si d16z6 turbo build

I have picked me up a 93 Del Sol Si with a z6 in it. Started out as a car for the wife. She got tired of it and I inherited it.

I let it alone for a while other than what it had on it when we got it. It had DC Sports 4-2-1 header and a unknown short ram and muffler.

Well after a few and havin the parts layin around from upgrades on my turbo Talon I decided to turbo it.

It was puttin down 235whp at 10psi. On stock motor. Well I had a boost spike and didnt have enough fuel for it and burnt a valve.

That lead to a complete rebuild/build up.

Here are the parts I have ordered/have to order:
JE/SRP 9.0:1 Pistons w/ JE rings 75mm
Eagle H beam rods
Stock Crank
ACL Race bearings
Air Research t3 60 trim
Edelbrock cast turbo mani
Custom 2.5" turbo back
Cometic 5 layer HG
DSM 510cc inj
Honda resistor box
Wally 190 lph (had brand new one layin around)
FMIC
Greddy BOV
HKS EVC-S Electronic boost controller
Chipped p28 tuned with Crome
Innovate LC-1 w/ XD-16
Xenocron 3 Bar DIY map
2.5" IC pipe
ARP Head studs
JGE Flat faced Black nitride SS valves
60mm B20 tb
Ported z6 mani
B&M AFPR
EG lip
M3 lip spoiler
GC coil-overs
GSR rear sway

I am building this motor in my computer room since the shop isnt built yet and the carport isnt closed in.

Thanks everyone. I will update as I go. I am going to order a FMIC I already found. Waiting on turbo to get here and valves so I can finish the motor.

Does anyone have a pdf manual or a paper one they can scan for the HKS EVC-S? I bought a used setup and need a manual for it.

The EVC 6 is different than the EVC-s Thanks though.

On HKS's website they have manuals for most all of their boost controllers and other electronics but dont have this one listed.

Looking good. I don't think I could get away with cleaning my block in the kitchen sink like that! I have a hard enough time when I spill oil doing an oil change. I never hear the end of it till it's all cleaned up.
