04 EX 127hp
04 DX-VP 115 hp

well, i thought you were trying to get a civic for around 6000? so the 9500 dollar civic is out of your price range? and i wouldnt pay that much for it, id pay maybe around 8500 after all taxes

Oh yeah, and make sure it has timing belt/water pump replaced because thats going to cost you a good 500 bucks

I certainly wouldnt pay that much either. I understand an automatic is going to cost slightly more than a 5spd, but my 03 (1 year older) had about the same mileage and a couple scratches as well.....and I paid 6k no taxes because it was private party. Look for private party....you will pay less and can say you paid less when you register it....pay next to nothing in taxes. I wrote down that I paid something like 1k for my car. If they ask why so cheap, tell them it doesnt have an engine, or you bought it from a friend who owed you money.

yea i figured i can get financed or something for the extra 3k :what:
but ok yea i guess it is too much :/ i think i have to stop being picky and go with a vp or lx huh....
because i still have yet to find a decently priced ex with under 100k miles thats not more than 100 miles from where i live
there was an 02 ex for sale, silver but it had 130 k miles on it...
