From what my dad tells me, it's supposed to be like the autobahn somewhat... becuase there will only be a few entrance and exit points... the rest will be clear driving for 50-100 miles at a time.

What do you expect to happen at a head shop? Cops know that you only go in there to buy paraphernelia, so that's reasonable cause to search you. The right turn lie sucks, but have some common sense instead of telling off the judge. Bring all 3 of your friends as witnesses.

A cop can't search you because you purchase something at a head shop. He can pull you over - to see if your under the age of 18.. and then search you [not your car]. But it's not illegal to own a pipe..

I told off the judge after he said he wasn't going to hear my case because he didn't approve of my 'alternative lifestyle'. I hate authoritarians..

And yes.. I asked if I could clear my bowl. Haha. His partner cracked a joke - because I work for a major Wireless distributer and didn't have a cell phone at the time.. So I was like '/sigh Lemme hit that bowl.'

If yer gonna score on me for doing something stupid - do it for not leaving the pipe at home. That would have been the smart thing to do [on my part, not your's].

If cops can crack jokes while invading my privacy - then so can I. The judge was just a paltry sack of animal feces who needs to smoke a blunt and ease his mind so he can pay attention to the REAL issues - like how his officer was fishing for a bust and wrote me a bullshit ticket not whether or not he approves of my lifestyle.

Anyhoo.. The TTC Highway system is going to take forever to build... the good thing is we won't have to sit on it morninng, noon and night - while they close off all but two lanes - to build the b***h in rush hour traffic. Like they do with every other highway east of 360.

i drove through new jersey once. it was f**king horrible. there is only one internstate running north/south in the state, and it's a tollway. f**king insane. here in indiana i can roam the whole state for free. there's only ONE tollway and it's up north... and even so, there's an alternate interstate you can take that runs pretty much parallel to it.

I second that, New Jersey/Philadelphia sucks ass, I was just there Sep and Oct doing some testing on Fort Dix and unless you want to go 30 min. to a hour out of your way there’s no way around it! You must pay the Toll Trolls… And you cant take left turns, you have to turn right to go left how screwed up is that and I guess there not coordinated enough to pump there own gas because if you get out of your car and try…someone will run up on you so fast yelling at you “You cant do that what are you thinking!?” The first time it happened I thought I was getting car jacked LOL... (Wasn’t funny at the time.)

and toll there was metered by distance.. and it was horrible. i drove out of allentown into NJ and all the way up to nyc... and it cost me more than a meal.

All I was trying to say is find ways around the cops, cause trying to attack them head on like you do (I'm saying attitude, not physical attack) is just gonna get you more s**t. Judge=bring witnesses, prove him wrong. Headshop=empty all illigal stuff from your car beforehand. Asking cop if you can smoke=asking for trouble.

As for him not hearing your case, take it to a higher judge, and make sure he knows you are prepared to appeal. It would look like s**t on his record if the reason for appeal was "Judge wouldn't hear case cause he didn't like me." I guarantee that would change his mind.
