A cop can't search you because you purchase something at a head shop. He can pull you over - to see if your under the age of 18.. and then search you [not your car]. But it's not illegal to own a pipe..

I told off the judge after he said he wasn't going to hear my case because he didn't approve of my 'alternative lifestyle'. I hate authoritarians..

And yes.. I asked if I could clear my bowl. Haha. His partner cracked a joke - because I work for a major Wireless distributer and didn't have a cell phone at the time.. So I was like '/sigh Lemme hit that bowl.'

If yer gonna score on me for doing something stupid - do it for not leaving the pipe at home. That would have been the smart thing to do [on my part, not your's].

If cops can crack jokes while invading my privacy - then so can I. The judge was just a paltry sack of animal feces who needs to smoke a blunt and ease his mind so he can pay attention to the REAL issues - like how his officer was fishing for a bust and wrote me a bullshit ticket not whether or not he approves of my lifestyle.

Actually, Cops are allowed to search your cars as well as being allowed to search you.. All they need is a justified reason (Possibility of a concealed weapon for their 'own' safety) and they would be allowed to conduct a full search of you and your car.. However, they cannot do the search on you or your car if they were inside your garage.. just a little tidbit of news for those who view the right to privacy as more liberal than what it actually is..

you think thats bad someone bought a car off me. but the car was 30mins away so i told the kidd to follow me on the way back he put plates from a 95?? mustang on a 94 Civic hatch..we get on the parkway and start heading home and both cars went threw EZ pass 2 times.. and that was all within 3secs apart and the bad thing was they both had the same plate.. one had the ez pass tag one didnt.... so like a weekago he gotta letter from ez pass not only dose he have to pay $26 for each toll he ran ( 2times). there taking the car for patitious plates ( thats how he spelled it out to me but im not sure ).. so he has to pay $52 for runing the tolls. and then another 1000-2000 depending on what happens.. plus he gotta pay to get his car outa impound after court or what everys gunna happen, happens i felt bad but if i was to give him money back i would loose out..

Its called Probable Cause. If they feel there is something illegal they can search you and your possesions.

yes a warrant is still necessary, though because the passenger cabin is in plain sight, it can be somewhat inspected and probable cause may be obtaiend from such observations. in other words, keep anything illegal in the trunk. under the space tire.

u did that on my birthday. i ran a toll once but i didnt ever get anything from oklahoma about it. they didnt have any type of warning that there were tolls on the turnpike. oh well. guess i got lucky.
