Greddy Turbo Kits Question.

Yeah i read somewhere that say a N/A powered car has 300 hp and a F/I car has 300hp the N/A car should win, i read it somewhere on here so who ever said it should hit up this thread, makes sense though you will have power from teh second you open the throttle.

yea that was me and sightless i nthat thread... why should i hit this thread up they just argueing about the POS greddy turbo kit

might as well piece one together. just go to greddy.com, and then minus about 5 horses off theirs, and thats what ull get. not worth it. greddy sucks. build ur own turbo, and then you wont regret it. thats a fact...

o0o my bad baby99si i just read the thread yea N/A is better =) i got a N/A b18c5 in a 90 crx hf and i took it to tuner bash in panama city and got 286hp to wheels... then i went to tuner bash in daytona and got 283 hp to the wheels but i put about 10 grand into motor but it was well worth it i won at tuner bash the all motor competion =)

Thats f**ken awesome, i dont have nearly that much money put into mine but i have already started going n/a next step is internals.

Dyno tested output @ wheels: 220.1 @ 5.7psi, 244.3 @ 7psi w/ Intercooler on a 99-00si

Pretty shitty numbers eh?

I noticed in your pics you dont have ITB's come on you know you will brake that 300 marker with those bad boys. 8)

I dont get it :???:

He didnt d**k me over, he just wasted my god damn time he emailed saying he is still very interested just needs to know for sure that they are skunk2's so im just going to call the guy i got them from so he can tell him then it will be done=).

" haha i already have with all my cars.... i got 512 wit my ls/v tec hatch and 286 wit my c5 all motor but the 286 is to wheels so i probally got 300 to crank i think

wether you believe it or not doesn't matter i was there for the dyno run, and my car didn't have just the turbo kit, it had extra added to it after i bought the car (which came with the dohc zc and turbo fit, front mount intercooled), which you can reread again on my last post on page two, humm, weird no one else cared to question that but you, i can supply dyno charts also so don't say i'm wrong unless you want to look like a fool and be proven wrong.

i believe it. 12.5hp/psi is very believable.

true, and my knowledge is on the sohc greddy kits, not the b16s =) however you are wrong about 1bar being 14.4 psi. it is actually 14.5psi.... 14.50377 if you want to be exact :mrgreen:

ya know if i was going to lie about it, i would've said 250 hp on 5psi, which any idiot would know is a lie, it's also funny that most people compare 1psi to 10 hp, now is that true, well i have no clue, nor do i care. but with more engine work other then just the turbo kit more power is possible, as was in my case.
