people are just trying to tell you that gutting your hatch isnt gonna be that noticable...especially if its just gonna be your daily driver, you might as well leave it in...my friend gutted his EG, and the only difference he noticed was it was alot louder

aight heres an honest opinion with no sarcasm,
gutting your interior will not be worth it. you do not have enough power for it to even matter. plus the comfort you will be losing is by far not worth it. anyway, im not sure exactly how much weight you will be losing.

hey man if you wanna do some weight reduction just quick stuff take out the seats, jack, spare tire, get some light weight rims, and your system if you have one

get rid of the spare and jack for sure. I hear the pass airbag is about 10 lbs.

if you get rid of everythign in your car... seats, carpet, jack, back dash, spare, dash, blah blah blah... youll see maybe 2/10 gain in the 1/4 mile....
