well.. the car is rhd. im working on getting it running rite now. its down to the little bits now. I have an EG6 engine harness coming. I did not like the way the converted gsr harness looked. I am also waiting on an a/c heater control harness since the rocket scientist that cut this clip up hacked every harness on it. so as soon as the engine harness gets here I can hopefully get her running. windshield will be in monday. I should have the other door on tomorrow and get the rear trim in. I still have 30ft of dynamat to install. need to do the rear body, roof, and doors. due to the stupid homeowners assc. i have, Its going to take a bit to pay for the carpet and the little stuff to get it show ready. so i will be sporting the dynamat carpet for the next few weeks. after its running I get to go over to the hydrolic shop and have the a/c lines made too. then it will be cool. sorry, lame attempt at a joke. if all goes well i might have it painted by the end of june.

sure I could buy a RHD car.. 4500 bucks, NO problem. then change all the glass, the emissions equiptment, deal with the state to get it registered.. oohh. .now I have spent 8grand. then, I have to pay 300 bucks a month to insure it with a specialized company that deals with exotic cars. all that money, and all I have is a stock SIR. I paid 1000 bucks for my car, 2000 for the wrecked car that I got the b16, gsr suspension, agx's, gsr tranny out of, 400 bucks for the front clip to do the RHD, and about 3 grand on misc parts, rims, interior, and what not. then another 2 grand plus some serious work to a friends car and my b16 for the supercharged b18c1. so all in all, im doing pretty good.. oh yeah, I can still insure my car with a normal company and my registration is 70 bucks a year. not to bad. that and the right to say I built my car. =) cheaper is not always better.

Awesome man all these people that are saying u could have just bought a rhd car have no idea what they are talking about. Meepers is going to know his car inside and out literally and has the right to say I built this s**t b***h. I didn't buy it like this. And the feeling that Meepers is going to have when he takes a breath and looks at this beauty in the finished form is going to be one like any other. Great work man im exicited to see more pics of this car man please keep us posted.

:Bump: I want to see some more pics, this thread had me hooked for a while. I say its more fun cuttin the hell out of your car. I'd rather do it myself then have some ass-clown that says he knows how to do it, work on it and screw it all up.

Sorry guys, I have been neglecting my poor little car. I got most of the interior in it this weekend, hung the other door, hooked up the coolant lines, and thats pretty much it.. I will snap a few more of what it looks like with the interior 3/4's in. I have to extend a few wires on the engine harness to clear the blower. I wont have time to work on it tonight.. I will probly get it towed out to my house where I have more time to work on it in my spare time. I really want to get it working before I go to oklahoma for D-Day.... I need more hours in the day, and less heat.
