first of all let me say: if this thread didnt have any pics, i would call you a lier right to your face, but since i do see pics, now i just want to go touch myself... ahahaha
Anyway, im sorry i have some contradictory opinions of right hand drive... honestly i dont really understand it. I mean it would be cool in Japan or something where thats the way it goes and everything is designed according to the right side... but i have driven i rhd car and it was terrible... a buddy of mine's uncle has a 02 jdm toyoda mr2 spyder, which consequently is right hand drive... and i was so stoked to drive it... but the first time you back out of a driveway across 2 lanes into a busy street, and your whole sense of familiarity is gone.. ehhh.. i almost s**t a brick.. The thing is, from the right side, you have a VICIOUS blind spot..... it makes driving really stressful in my opinion. And you build a car like that to make it fun. i just dont want to mess with that... sure it adds to the JDM allure, but not my forte... BUT: to each his own... im glad you like it and its great to see something a little different.. GOod luck

OH BY THE WAY- did i read that you have a m5 headlight conversion? how did that come out.... im really dying to see pics

Well, I'm about 85% sure I will not be doing another RHD car. I will buy one, but I dont think I will make one. Mainly because of the little issues I have run into with the wiring. The actual work to do it was not all that dificult, and if you have the tools it shouldnt be hard.. but unless you know what your doing with wiring, its not something you should undertake. I'm thinkin after I sell this car I will be looking for an R32 Skyline.

I love skylines... more of an R34 GTR or R34 GT-T. but just a skyline in general would be sweet... I loven the Hatch.... Mines Next right .... lol keep up the work-----

Well, I did some more work on her last nite, I did not take any pics tho. nothing photo worthy. Basically got most of the electrical systems up and running. re pinned the rear harness to make the turn signals work correctly, got the sunroof working, my gathers stereo fired up, and a few other ancillary systems like the wipers and such. hoping the engine harness gets here before the end of the week..would love to get the motor fired. should have the glass installed tomorrow, get the other door hung, and finish up the odds and ends.. I see the finish line now... just need to press on. I have a friend doing the website so it will chronical most of the work done.

Damn i wish i had the skills and tools do that kinda thing... Im jealous of you... I could use to replace my roof section cuz its bent from snow piling on it (previous owners lived in the mountains) and i really would love to have a sunroof... But i cant do that crap... Ur lucky man... I also would love to shave the antenna and put one in the center rear, but dont think i will end up doin that either...

no updates today. still waiting on the engine harness, and I did not go to work today.. feeling a bit under the weather. I did however get some stuff worked out on it last nite. now all the exterior lights function properly, brakes, sidemarkers, turnsignals, the hatch and fuel door levers hooked up, sunroof works, clock works, gathers radio works, I am still having some issues with the computer wiring that need to be handled. and waiting on the a/c heater control harness. it sucks because its sooooooo close, but i still cant drive it.... hopefully I will have the engine harness here before the end of the week and i can get it underway.

The only down side to the conversion is getting parts in a timely fashion. ah well. the price for being different
