i am really looking to do this to my car. i want the link to the website to DIY when u get done. RHD is the s**t. thanks man! it is gonna be sick, and i love the rims.
props to you dude. thats the kinda attitude i like to hear 8)meepers said:thanks for the positive mugen_tuned. Emin.. I have put money into the motor as well, It has a Supercharged gsr motor going in. And when its done it WILL be really nice. The car will be exactly what I want it to be, Not a cookie cutter copy like so many civics and imports on the road today. I figure, 12k that might sound like alot of money. But honestly, I paid 18k for my galant, Its a nice car, but it needs a few things to be what I want. So 12k for EXACTLY the car I have always wanted, plus the satisfaction of knowing I built it, and the fact that almost every part of the car is new, means I will be able to enjoy my car for along time, and if in the future someone else wants to buy it, they also will be able to enjoy it for a long time. its really not alot of money when compared to what I would have spent if it was a '70 olds 442 that needed to be restored, or if it was a nissan P/U that I wanted to body drop. Hell, it would cost me 12-15K for a 99-00 SI that wouldnt be nearly as fun or fast. So I don't feel I have wasted any money, wasted any time, or really care if people don't understand my passion for cars and the satisfaction that comes from knowing that I did this and did not pay some people to make my car for me. Thanks for everyone that show support for my love of the car. I will have some pics posted today of the freshly painted firewall and engine bay. tomorrow the wiring and motor should be in there new home.
