My friend used to have an AutoPower "drop in" cage, and I've always looked around on where to get them.
I have a gutted hatch, and figured I might as well get something like an AutoPower or Cusco one that bolts to frame, because I don't plan on putting rear seats back in, and would like the extra support, safeness, chassis-stiffness, and cool look, LOL.
Not to mention a place to attach the racing harnesses I plan on getting.

Do you know of a website for the AutoPower stuff or any additional info on their cages, pics or anything? I dunno if they have just one type that goes behind seats, or maybe a more comprehensive one. I have enough space to fill, just wondering if they make the equipment to fill it.

i know some1 who is getting a set of the square white ones..genuine oem fogs...
they came in white and yellow...but he is getting the whites..it will be about $4xx
mine are kind of up for trade MAYBE.. but i think someone has dibs on them.. they are the rarest of the rare.. but im not sure how much money hes willing to spend.. so well have to see if hes baller enough.. lol
So I'm looking on the IO port racing site (which KICKS ASS by the way, I WILL be purchasing through them...) and they have some extensive cages.
You're looks like a fairly simple 300-ish dollar one that goes right behind the seats... I was just looking to see how I could take advantage of my open space and maybe get a big 6 point one, but this one confuses me.
That basically just cages the driver + passenger in, and the way that cage is displayed, is as if the car were looking forward at us? it looks like the 2 diagonal bars go back to the rear shock towers.
I dunno. That's pretty nifty though. I remember asking you about the camera mount before, and this is sweet. I think I'm gonna do a cage and 2 camera mounts, one for video when I do autocrossing and what not next year, and another for still camera (my digital Rebel) and use a remote to take the pics.

Yellow is authentic JDM, clear is OEM or a Repo re-manufactured.
If you wanna go a cheap, good looking route, buy the clear ones and buy some yellow glass paint and just paint them.
