Any adjustable sleeves I've had when you hit a bump they rattle. I hate sleeves I've had both skunks and GC's and liked neither cause of the crappy ride quality and all the little noises that seem to come with sleeves. If I had to pick between the two though I would take GC's they seemed just a little better quality. I will only go with full coilovers otherwise it's springs and shocks. Not eveybody is the same on the other hand and are content with sleeves. For me my next suspension purchase is going to be Teins all the way.

same here. that's why I didn't mind spending $60 for coilovers. I'll save my money for the real deal.

I only f**k wit lowering springs for my ride (Goldline), they prove the best performance. Coilover are great for show not for performance,unless you got somthing like Tokico or KW Suspension.
